There is evidence that omega-3 fatty acids in salmon can help fight allergies. A study found that the more eicosapentaenoic fatty acid people had in their bloodstream, the lower their risk of allergic sensitivity.
5. Citrus fruits:

Lemons and limes are the best solution, thanks to their high percentage of vitamin C, which acts as an anti-inflammatory, according to a study carried out by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
